The Advantage provides counseling for athletes and performers at all levels, with a focus on helping clients achieve their full potential. The goal is to equip individuals, groups/teams, and organizations with the tools necessary to reach their goals. If you feel like there is something holding you back in any area of your life, I am here to help you identify and overcome those barriers. Start reaching new heights of success today!

We all want to be the best versions of ourselves. And talking to a therapist, being vulnerable, opening up about what you’re dealing with, it only helps. Nobody can deal with life all alone.

Hi, I’m Brianna

My passion for sports and performance comes from my own experience as an athlete - from growing up competing, to being a college athlete, to coaching, and now to helping others. There are so many aspects of mental health and mental game that I wish I would have learned sooner in my athletic career. I understand the ups and downs that come with striving be the best at something and dedicating your life to achieving your goals. I would love to help you navigate the dynamics of your life and enhance your mental health and mental game so you can thrive!
