  • I work with athletes starting at age 8 and up. Counseling can be beneficial for young athletes as it provides them with a safe space to address any challenges they may be facing on and off the field. From managing emotions to learning productive self-talk and building confidence, I would love to empower you/your young athlete to unlock full potential and navigate the demands of competitive sports. Mental health and mental game is addressed primarily at the college and professional level, but why not start now?

  • Navigating the pressures of academic demands, rigorous training schedules, and the transition to adulthood can be a lot to manage as a college athlete. I have been there so I can provide tools, support, and resources that can set athletes up to thrive both academically and athletically. By prioritizing mental well-being, you or your college athlete can optimize performance while also fostering personal growth, self-awareness, and overall life satisfaction.

  • In therapy we can address the unique challenges that are bound to be present at times in elite-level athletics. Taking care of mental health is just as important as taking care of physical health. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, managing pressure, overcoming the mental aspects of injury, confidence, life transitions, we can work together to identify and overcome anything that may impacting your mental game or overall well-being.

  • Being an athlete can become such a large part of identity. Retiring, whether by choice or for another reason, comes with its own challenges. Retirement often brings about significant changes in identity, routine, and purpose which can trigger a variety of complex emotions. If you are experiencing any of these things I would love to work with you to adjust to life beyond sports as you transition into the next chapter of your life.

  • If you are an adult athlete playing a sport for fun, but are struggling to actually have fun for any reason such as nerves, doubt, perfectionism, fear of failure, lack of confidence, etc., I want to help you work through those challenges so you can truly enjoy yourself. We can work to optimize performance, foster greater enjoyment, and promote overall personal growth.

  • From musicians, to actors, to models, I can help a variety of performers manage challenges that they may face throughout their careers. Together we can explore valuable tools and strategies to overcome things like performance anxiety, self-doubt, rejection, and other pressures associated with the industry you are in. By prioritizing mental well-being through therapy, individiuals in the performing arts can optimize performance, nurture artistic growth, and cultivate a positive self-image.

  • By prioritizing mental health, business professionals can foster greater satisfaction and fulfillment in their careers, enhance their performance, and achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life overall.
