Hi, I’m Brianna
I am an athlete turned therapist with a passion for helping individuals and groups with their mental health and mental game. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Texas A&M University, where I was a student-athlete on the D1 Equestrian Team. During my time at A&M I began to learn more about the mental side of performance and the importance of mental health. This led me to pursue a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Christian University.
Throughout my graduate program and beyond, I worked in various settings, providing mental health services to diverse populations. My additional trainings in mental game coaching and sports psychology inspired me to take the leap and open up my own practice, The Advantage, where I focus on providing a safe space for athletes and other performers.
I work with athletes, performers, business professionals, and other individuals or groups to help them develop the mindset and skills needed to unlock their full potential. By fostering a safe, judgment-free environment, I help clients address the root causes of what may be holding them back. Through personalized strategies and collaborative goal setting, I empower individuals to overcome challenges, maximize their potential, and thrive both on and off the field or stage. My flexible and individualized approach recognizes that each person is unique, allowing me to adapt services to suit specific needs and aspirations. Let’s get started!
